New Substance Use Treatment and Referral Helpline

Behavioral Health Care Services (BHCS) recently launched the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) Waiver. The DMC-ODS pilot expands residential treatment, as well as detox, case management, and recovery residence/sober living environments. A 24 hours a day/7 days a week Substance Use Treatment and Referral Helpline: 1-844-682-7215 is now available.

BHCS/SUD is working closely with AC Care Connect to review the data quality and algorithm for Care Connect eligibility of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clients with a criminal background. The goal of the analysis is to ensure that all potential Care Connect consumers are being identified.
